Today I went to Sheetal juice center. The juices are amazing there but very bad customer experience. I am diabetic so I asked them no sugar, but maybe the juice was pre made and I found it too sweet so I complained. I told them but they told me that it was without sugar, they didn’t change or return. I gave the juice back but still they charged me. I don’t mind paying but atleast they should have changed the juice or maybe had a courtesy to make the customer happy by any other means. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I recently visited Shital Juice Centre borivali west L. T. Road.. and had an extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a Rose milkshake but was served a vanilla one instead which was horrible in taste. When I brought this to the attention of the employee, they were incredibly rude and dismissive, insisting that I had ordered vanilla. Despite my polite attempt to correct the mistake, the employee refused to remake the milkshake and acted as if it was my fault. I hope management addresses these issues to prevent other customers from having such a negative experience. I would not recommend this juice centre to anyone .
