Ordered Paneer Matka Masala on Swiggy (Sukhsagar, GE Road Branch). The tomatoes in Paneer Matka Masala were totally rotten and tasted so foul. Didn't eat and threw the entire thing away. Morever, the exact same incident happened previously on 8th November, and I had personally called and highlighed the issue to them constructively. However it repeated again, indicating the restaurant is a repeated offender. Never ordering from here again and lodging a formal complaint with FSSAI and Controller Food & Drug Administration Raipur as sharing constructive feedback didn't make them understand and they continue to serve rotten food and threaten people's health. The restaurant is located on MG Road and is very easy to spot from the road, which is convenient. However, parking can be a real issue if you are coming by car. Unfortunately, the overall experience was not great. The food quality was below expectations and the taste was average at best. The service was also quite slow and not very attentive. Considering the location, I expected a much better dining experience. Hope they improve the food quality and service in the future. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
