I ordered egg biryani but they used rice of chicken biryani and i got a piece of chicken,,and i don't eat any meat!!!so they have to mention about that if it is not available,,just don't give shit in the name of food!!!

I ordered from Zomato hotel to misplace my order when I called the hotel hotel manager talked to me rudely and forced me to order something so he can send me the misplace order. he was not allowed to accept his fault and give me lame excuse and his rating in Zomato 4.1 for food delivery who is packaging the food not even check you what the item is in thereif you can't manage to checking the food was deliver to the Zomato rider or any platform you are using you are not for the hotel industry even the customer talk to their manager the manager no how to reply the guest he said to me "jo karna sir kar lo"dear hotel Hyderabadi please close the hotel and start the street food thaila The kind of thing you are not giving the customer as satisfaction as their food or you are not capable of talking to guests the right way close your hotel or starter street food taila . hotel Hyderabadi manager the way he talks to me is the worst behaviour.
