I’ve been a loyal customer of this restaurant for the past 8 years, back when it was known as “Hotel Sennthur.” Now renamed “Skanda Cafe,” the place continues to impress with its hygienic, healthy, and incredibly tasty food. However, what truly sets this place apart is the remarkable service provided by Mr. Balu, the supervisor/host. He is the epitome of humility and professionalism, always going above and beyond to make customers feel comfortable. Mr. Balu doesn’t just recommend the best dishes; he ensures that the entire dining experience, from start to finish, is seamless and enjoyable. His polite demeanor, customer-first attitude, and genuine care for everyone who walks through the door are truly inspiring. Mr. Balu’s dedication to his work and his ability to make every customer feel valued is rare and commendable.
