Not a good exprience while buying icecream recently. I live nearby and usually get ice cream from here. The staff this time was rude. I think the company should understand that spending on good hospitable staff is equally important as spending on marketing. I, as a customer, is not expecting to be smiled at or any other empathy, but I definately expect fair treatment. Purposely delaying order by giving products to people who come after me, and when raised question, taunting the customer does not help brand. I am not mentioning the name of the two persons who did this as I understand everyone is frustrated now a days. But I am not the one who is there to pamper your frustration. I give money, you give product, it is as simple as this. If I come first, I get first. Your expert opinion about me is not acceptable. One more thing: Keep the change. Even a small business cart owner is more prepared than you. Not having a change of Rs.50 for a Rs.20 icecream sounds basic flaw in your operations. When I said I already gave change when I paid for my first order, the person on the counter got triggered. We are not here to take care of your mood swings while getting the order. Thank you. Very disappointed with the manager's behavior at HOCCO. The manager was rude, unprofessional, and did not treat customers with respect. Good customer service is important, but my experience was unpleasant due to the manager's attitude. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves customer handling in the future.
