I went there a month ago with family for the first time and had bad experience about the service. I was waiting for soup but nobody was serving it when i started asking to take by own staf said "please sit on table, we'll serve there" but nobody came, I again asked for bowl to take it by self but again got the same answer.... And the dinner was completed with soup... Overall Taste of rest dishes was good... So my suggestion to the outlet is: If you don't have soup, let us know we understand that sometime shit happens but don't play such games... Or train your staf well Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

Extremely Disappointed – Zero Hygiene! Visited the Papa Louise outlet in Maninagar and it was the worst experience ever. Not even 1% hygiene—dirty surroundings, water leaking into the food, and staff had zero interest in serving. Tables were unclean, food looked and tasted questionable, and the whole place felt neglected. Definitely not worth your time or money. Strongly do NOT recommend. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
