A place to have the most favorite dish know as Maliyo (also known as Malaiyo) is a famous winter delicacy from Varanasi, known for its light, airy, and frothy texture. It is a sweet dish made by churning sweetened milk and cream overnight in the cold air, which results in a cloud-like foam. It is then flavored with saffron, cardamom, and dry fruits. One of the oldest malaiyo shop in the town....... As we talk about taste it is one of the best not the best..... Quality is good......reasonably priced .... The only problem is location as it is very much in the congested streets as you can only visit by walking or by scooty Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2
