I have tried ice creams in iBACO but not like this outlet, when you ask for a ice cream you can have it as porridge sorry I mean ice cream porridge coz that slow the person in the counter works. Highlight note is he will put toppings whatever you ask in particular if you ask almond he will give you almond dust also free in you’re ice cream, if you ask why the toppings all empty he will say you have to open a full box. And that too cleanliness very amazing

Worst customer service in Kodambakkam Store Incharge. Please, no one should go to Kodambakkam IBACO. I am taking the parcel for the child. I am posting the picture of him delivering the parcel, see for yourself. When asked to put it in a box, he arrogantly says that this is the only way to give it. It is the duty of the customer to make them happy and come back again. It is not to behave arrogantly like this.
