I ordered my son’s first birthday cake from Sift and Spoon. Communication was easy with Princee and she delivered what I wanted. The cake and the cupcakes that I ordered were amazing and the decorations on the cake was perfect. It went well with the theme I had in mind. Will definitely order from this baker again! I had the pleasure of indulging in the 50th Anniversary cake crafted by the talented home baker and cake artist, Princee Chaudhary of Sift & Spoon. The Kesar Butterscotch Pistachio Cake from the Sinful Collection was a true masterpiece. The pale cream-colored ganache exterior with delicate white stenciling on the sides immediately was a sight to behold. The attention to detail in the stenciling was remarkable and added an elegant touch to the overall design. What truly set this cake apart were the petite golden flowers and leaves adorning the top. They were intricately crafted, showcasing Princee's artistry and dedication to her craft. The golden "Happy Anniversary Golden Couple" message on top, along with the number "50" in gold on the front side panel, added a touch of opulence to the cake, perfectly fitting for a golden anniversary celebration. As for the taste, it was equally impressive. The cake was moist and delectable, with a perfect balance of flavors that left a lingering sweetness on the palate. Each bite was a delightful experience, and it was evident that Princee had not only focused on the aesthetics but also on delivering a delicious treat.
