To order perfectly cooked biscuits is a truly nice idea. Delicious tea goes well with the nice meal. The patient staff meets you at Ram's Tea House all year round. Professional service is something clients agree upon here. The pretty atmosphere gladdens visitors and attracts more guests. As for the Google rating, this place earned 4.3.

This is the worst Ram's Tea House I've ever been too. Worst service and the waiter focuses only on playing music when there are 20 people standing in the queue. Lemon Tea tastes just like Tamarind Water without any mint or lemon in it, but price alone is the same. Tea is worst, I don't know if they're serving Ram's brand secret formula tea or getting from a local tea shop where they use Shikkai Powder instead of tea leaves. Osmania Biscuits are cold as Antarctica climate and too dry and tasteless. But the lights alone glow all the time and they say they just turned the heating machine on whenever we go. Even the tea cups are not washed and it literally stinks of someone else's dirty tea when we drink of it. The stains and stickyness in the cup are an evidence for it. When we complain, the boy immediately changes the cups and requests not tonleave bad review. I don't know what the hell the people who work there do. Must be a little loyal for the salary they receive. If this attitude continues, you have to shutdown this store very soon. Request to immediately change the barrista in charge of the store or we're never coming back here again. Also we'll refer others to stay away from this worst branch which is there to spoil the reputation of Ram's brand!
