I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Hotel Virat. The service was abysmal, with slow response times, mixed-up orders, and a palpable sense of disorganization among the staff. Despite decent food quality, the frustrating wait times and lack of coordination made our dining experience unpleasant. Poor time management and inadequate staff training were evident, leaving much to be desired. With significant improvements needed, I can only give Hotel Virat a disappointing 1/5 stars.
