Zero big zero. We ordered veg manchow soup, virat spl crispy chicken. Extremely disappointed. The soup was very thick as if it was cooked 2 hrs ago and just put in plastic bowls and served. The so called spl chicken was very badly done. Undercooked. No salt no nothing. Waste of money. We asked for some szechuan chutney so that we could use it as a side dip. But that too turned out to bitter. It felt like they served expired food. Bad service too. They rushed us to order, asserting that vacation the table as soon as possible. Terrible experience will neither visit again nor recommend it to anyone. Google should allow us to give zero stars as well for such filthy places. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I don’t usually write negative reviews, but my recent experience at this hotel compels me to warn others. While the food service was decent, what happened at the time of billing was completely unacceptable. I was asked to transfer the payment to a personal account belonging to one of the billing desk guy’s friends. I trusted the staff and made the payment accordingly. Later, they falsely claimed the payment was not received and insisted I pay again. Despite providing proof of payment, they refused to acknowledge it. To avoid further drama, I ended up paying the amount again. This isn’t about the money—it’s about ethics. Hotels should operate with integrity, especially when it comes to handling customer payments. Such behavior is not just unprofessional, it’s borderline fraudulent. No one from the management has taken responsibility or even attempted to investigate the issue. For a place that serves food, trust is everything—and sadly, this hotel has lost mine. Meal type: Dinner Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
I’ve ordered Veg Biryani through Zomato and instead that I’ve received the Egg Biryani And it’s totally Hotel Virat’s fault because on the bill it’s Veg biryani and inside I’ve got Egg biryani! It wouldn’t an issue if I’m non-vegetarian but I’m Vegetarian and receiving non-veg is extremely shameful!
