It was an experience!! The ambiance and aesthetics 10/10! We sat on the 1st floor. The waiter staff was very friendly and service was prompt. The food was just wow! Never expected vegetarian food could get this delicious! The presentation of the food was so fine... This restaurant lowkey qualifies to be a fine-dining loved my experience here and I'm totally looking forward to visiting again! We are always veg on Monday and Tuesday so during our trip to Belgaum, while heading back, we decided to stop for lunch at Saffron vegetarian Cuisine Restaurant — it was highly recommended by our friends there for good vegetarian food. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, including the washrooms (which we did use and found neat). That always makes a difference when you’re travelling. Coming to the food, it was honestly amazing. Everything we ordered tasted really good. The nachos were my absolute favorite! We also tried gravies with rice and rotis, cheese chilli French fries, kebabs, and cheese tikkis and everything was flavorful and satisfying. The only slight disappointment was the desserts, they were okay but didn’t match up to how good the main course was. Overall, it was a really nice experience. If you’re in Belgaum and craving good vegetarian Indian food, this place is definitely worth trying. Overrated food spot regarding food.Had dinner here, but the food was not that impressive. The roti basket was good, while the main course dishes had a similar taste. Soups were okay.
