Centrally located at the heart of Udaipur, this is the perfect place to indulge. Earlier this restaurant use to have very average food, however after the take over of the new management - Vesta Hotels - the food is simply amazing! I spoke to their Chef Kamlesh and he made some stunning dishes. We had the Indian primarily, and all the dishes were excellent. Great place for dining with family and I would highly recommend. A place not to be missed in Udaipur. Excellent breakfast buffet, with a wide array of wholesome and delicious food available to satiate your hunger pangs and to last you for a long time as you go out for sightseeing or your work. The buffet spread includes bread, both white and brown which could be toasted and there was butter & jam to go with it. There were cup cakes as well as muffins. There were seasonal cut fruits together with boiled peanuts, moong and black chana.( My only con is that these were not sprouted) Muesli & cornflakes were there for those who wanted to have them with both cold and hot milk. There was the fresh juice of the day as well as water infused with veggies. Hot breakfast items available were idlis, bondas, parathas/puri with bhaji, vermicelli with veggies, upma etc. Hot tea/ masala tea and coffee also available. A good spread, good tasty food. Staff were good, attentive to the needs of the guests, serving with a smile. The stand out was the chef going around and speaking to the guests enquiring if they were comfortable.
