We ordered **Paneer Tikka**, **Dal Bukhara**, **Lacha Paratha**, and the unique **Fajita Bowl**—and every item exceeded expectations. The **Paneer Tikka** was a standout. Perfectly marinated with a blend of spices and grilled to smoky perfection, the paneer was soft, juicy, and bursting with flavor. It's one of the best I’ve had in the city, both in terms of texture and taste. Next came their **Dal Bukhara**, which truly lives up to its reputation. This rich, slow-cooked dal has a creamy, velvety consistency that feels like pure comfort in every bite. The depth of flavor shows the patience and craft behind it—undoubtedly a must-try for anyone visiting House of Gourmet.
