Had a very bad experience here
I had orderd for oreo frappe nd they served me cafe frape and whn i asked for bill they had not even printed bill...... although i had ordered 45 mins before so they served with out even printing bill......after i asked nd then they printed nd they argued it was cafe frappe.......atlast they agreed to replace nd whtever they served wasnt even close to oreo frappe

My experience being here was good i never go n seat in CCD i hardly even like to enter but here it is too good to have a good time discuss things its so quiet surroundin u hve now they hve started some new flavours in hot choclate n coffee

Cafe Coffee Day aka CCD is a place that was Starbucks for us when there was no Starbucks! This was an ideal place for dates, hangout with friends or even family, and is even today. Some items from their menu are all time favourites like their Devils own and The chocolate fantasy cake with chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream. This one is to die for!! The chocolate cake is amazing and tastes heavenly with the sauce and ice cream. Love their simple Cafe Frappe too. It’s just perfectly made coffee which is not too sweet and can be customised according to your taste. Love it. Also tried their Cool Blue which was not as good as their other outlets as it was a bit too sweet for my liking.
Their Sizzling Brownie with Vanilla Ice cream is good too. The ambiance it cosy and love the couch area.
