Try good ice cream, chocolate custard and cheesecakes that are offered at Mövenpick Icecream. Great chocolate frappe or delicious iced coffee will make your meal tastier and you'll surely come back. Unfortunately, the staff is knowledgeable as most visitors note. A number of people say that the service is fine. Average prices are what you are to pay for your meal. The atmosphere is enjoyable, as clients find it. But google users rated this place and it didn't achieve a high rating.

The ice cream is good but zero stars for the staffs. They are rude and mannerless, they just dont care about the customer and are ok to let them go. When we went there today their freezer was not working so they didnt put ice creams on display. So i very politely asked one of the staffs that i would like to try few flavours before ordering, he said fine and was about to give me one flavour for trial . But then all of a sudden this other guy came and he was like its not allowed. I told him i always try before ordering at movenpick and also i checked with your guy before trying and he said ok and now suddenly how can you say its not allowed. This was highly disrespectful and i told him that i will not buy if you wont let me try and he was like ok fine dont buy. This is how your employees treat customers. Not expected from a premium outlet like movenpick. You cant charge so much and treat customers like this. Teach your employees some manners as they are operating a premium outlet. We dont pay just for expensive icecreams we pay for a better service as well.
