I visited Cafe Black Beach on 31st December, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Due to extremely poor management and service, getting food felt like an almost life-or-death situation. The place was overcrowded, staff were overwhelmed and unresponsive, and there was no proper system to handle customers. We waited an unreasonable amount of time with no clear communication, and the overall environment felt stressful and unsafe instead of enjoyable—especially on a special day like New Year’s Eve. I would strongly advise the management to improve their service, crowd control, and customer care. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,400–1,600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

One of the worst places that I've ever been. Food was not tasty, ignoring and rude staff. The only plus is location.
