Lovely little spot with great espresso drinks (and even non-dairy milk options!), the most incredible cookies, and yummy sandwiches (sandos). Everything we tried was excellent and obviously made with care. Very much enjoyed the peacefulness of this place amidst the busyness of Siolim. The Sandos very so yummy. Devoured them as soon as we clicked pics. The coffees were ok. Place is offbeat and very cozy. Has limited seating, there may be a wait time. The smell of fresh baked bread envelopes the place. Must try the chicken and smoked pork sandos. Incredible food, incredible atmosphere! Alag, in its truest sense, has set itself apart with quality over quantity (in a literal sense), and giving the best you could ask for in a carefully curated, limited menu. Absolutely loved the Shokupan Butter Toast, and the Chicken Sando! But the highlight was the Saigon Coconut Coffee! It was out of this world. Bompi and Uddipan have created something extraordinary, something alag. Would go here again and again. For vacationers, your Goa trip would not be complete without visiting alag. Do look at the timings before going, as they are closed on Wednesdays, and are closed from 2-3:30 pm everyday.
