Dining at Hosa was an exceptional experience: a perfect blend of coastal fine dining and conscious culinary choices. As someone who follows a gluten-free and vegan diet, I was delighted by the thoughtful options on the menu. We tried the Young Jackfruit Thokku with Ragi Roti, which was packed with flavor and beautifully presented. The vegetable stew with appam was equally delicious, comforting and subtly spiced. Their drinks menu deserves a special mention, the kokum-based cooler was refreshing, and the rasam-inspired mocktail was a creative and flavorful surprise! The ambiance is refined yet relaxed, and the staff is attentive without being overbearing.
