Vegetarian food was good, just not great - we went in with high expectations. Eggplant was quite good though! Everything is absolutely perfect at Hosa. First, the place : a large, warm and peaceful house (no unbearably loud music blasting like in many restaurants in India). Then the staff : attentive, caring, friendly, always smiling and genuinely kind. And finally, and most importantly, the food : the dishes are exceptionally well thought out and beautifully executed. A wonderful play of textures, flavors and colors… and so much taste ! I have been to Hosa three times and I will definitely keep coming back. It is one of my favorite restaurants in India.
