Review for Zoku Bhopal If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This place is one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had in Bhopal.Firstly, the food is a complete disaster, especially for vegetarians. The paneer they serve is clearly of the lowest quality – stale, rubbery, and tasteless. The so-called “tofu” is equally pathetic and feels like it has been lying around for days. Every dish is overpriced beyond reason, yet they serve ridiculously small portions that would not even satisfy a child. To make matters worse, the food is drowning in oil, unnecessarily spicy, and leaves you with a stomach ache instead of a pleasant dining experience. Eating here was not just disappointing, it was actually harmful.Secondly, the payment system is downright unprofessional and unacceptable. There is no proper billing or payment facility. Instead, the staff casually ask customers to make payments to their personal phone numbers. This feels shady, unsafe, and extremely untrustworthy. What kind of restaurant operates like this? On top of that, they have the audacity to levy a service charge on the bill for such pathetic food and horrible service. It is insulting to customers.Speaking of service – the staff are untrained, careless, and indifferent. They do not bother about customer satisfaction and seem more interested in pushing the bill than ensuring a decent dining experience. At these prices, one would at least expect professionalism and basic courtesy, but this restaurant provides neither.Overall, Zoku Bhopal is nothing but a money trap. Overpriced, unhygienic, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time and money. I will never set foot in this place again and strongly recommend that others avoid it as well. There are far better restaurants in the city where you can get honest service and actual food instead of this nonsense.Final verdict: Pathetic food, pathetic service, pathetic management. Avoid at all costs.
