No taste, awful food, service is worst too Ramen we ordered was too salty, cold coffee was not cold very less sugar tasteless. Overall experience was worst

Anny's Artisan Bistro is a good place to hang out. Good vibes, great ambiance and appetising food. The prices are reasonable but the portions are small. Menu is well curated with preference to quality of food rather than number of dishes. We had a continental chicken and Hakka and Pan fried noodles.. all of which were good. Definitely recommended for a visit and a meal. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I really used to love this restaurant.. but since last 3 orders we were getting discrepancy between the menu and delivered dishes...n also the quality of food was not as expected...thinking this as an one off issue I ordered again(hummus bowl)..but the same thing happened again.
I got parboiled veggies instead of grilled (as mentioned in the menu)...also pita breads were very sour.Finally I decided to complain butI was shocked by the highly unprofessional and frustrating behaviour of the manager who did not even care to acknowledge the issue. He retorted in the rudest tone that I am mistaken and started giving GYAN about the cuisine in a very derisive tone. He was behaving as if I have ordered veg hummus bowl.. expecting chole bhature to arrive... I also told him that this has not happened for the first time..n that in my last two orders also.. the quality was really low...but that person kept giving me knowledge about cuisines very disrespectfully... which was really frustrating... Even on roadside joints, I have never experienced such ignorant behaviour. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Definitely this was my last order from them..
