Quality of food at this place has drastically gone down. Definitely can't call this place a ITC Fortune restaurant. The spice levels and taste of food were so off the mark. We took ala carte and seems like they were serving the left over food from buffet (curries, noodles, cold snacks, watery soups etc). Plus the service was so so very slow even though with quite less occupancy in the restaurant. Overall very disappointed. Expected good quality as the name goes with ITC fortune, better to avoid this place
