Usually the product is good, but home delivery product quality is bad especially fresh fruits sent are rotten and then there is no mechanism to complain

I had a terrible experience purchasing fruits from Debon. I bought them at 8 PM, and when i checked the next morning, all the fruits were completely rotten. This is particularly frustrating as they sell their produce at double or triple the market price. When I tried to exchange the rotten fruit the following afternoon, I was informed that exchanges are only permitted on the same day of purchase. How it is possible? To make matters worse, the salesperson, Sachin, and the owner were both very rude. I strongly advise against buying anything from Debon. Their high prices for rotten goods, coupled with unhelpful staff, make for an extremely disappointing shopping experience.
