Sadly, if you look through the visitors' comments, the staff is unpleasant at this restaurant. Nice service is something clients like here. The enjoyable atmosphere brings a comfortable feel to a guests' stay at Zero Star Thattukada. But google users haven't given this place a high rating.

0 star rating if I could! Had a horrible experience dining here. Before posting this, I read almost every other review and sadly, my experience was identical . Food was just average, but the real issue was the staff - super rude and clobbered . They don't seem to consider or care about customers at all . To anyone reading this, please avoid this hotel to make them understand how important customers are! They can correct their mistakes and do way better.Don't waste your time or money here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
