The meal began with the comforting Peshawari Paya Soup, rich and soulful, followed by the refreshing Tamatar Narangi Soup with a perfect balance of tang and warmth. The starters truly set the tone — the Gosht Kabuli Malai Seekh was creamy and tender, while the Peshawari Murg Tikka stood out for its smoky, well-marinated flavors. Vegetarian options like the Subz Dungare Kebab and Karachi Paneer Tikka were equally impressive and packed with depth. For mains, Karachi Nukti Masala delivered bold, traditional spice notes, Mahi Methi Kaliyan was subtle yet flavorful, and the Kabuli Gosht Pulao was aromatic and perfectly cooked.
