The chole is thick, well-cooked, and deeply flavorful without being overly oily, while the bhature is fluffy, crisp on the outside, and not greasy—exactly how it should be. Biryani deserves special mention for its aroma and balance. The rice is long-grained and perfectly cooked, the spices are well-layered (not overpowering), and every bite feels rich and satisfying rather than heavy.
