Our experience was awful! On a Sat at 7 pm, the place was not open despite the timings on Google. It opened 40 minutes later. First the hostess said we could order a la carte or go for the buffet. Then she asked for my name and number. Why? We were just gonna eat, pay and leave. I refused. Didn't want any marketing spam calls from them. Then the hostess came back and said because we were not staying at the hotel ( this place is inside the Fern resort), we could only go for the buffet. Because taking my 88 yr old mother (who was with us) elsewhere at this point was difficult, I agreed. The buffet was so so. Lotsa paneer this and paneer that. Live music was awful. The guy on the stage singing to karaoke tunes totally off-key. It was oppressive on the ears. When it came to paying the bill, they said I could not pay with cash. Only credit cards! Although i had a card, I felt it was strange to not accept cash as a payment method in a big restaurant. Overall an unpleasant experience and a waste of money. We had the worst experience here. We ordered sabji & naan, the waitress didn't convey the order to the chef. We waited for more than half an hour, then we informed the manager. Even after that we had to wait for 10-15 mins. And at the last when we told them to pack the leftover rice, he requested us to wait for sometime & after 5 mins he said they don't have container to pack. Like seriously!!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
