This review is for Zarwani Flavours only. My review for the Fern Sardar Sarovar Resort is separate. My family and I dined here on three occasions for breakfast and dinner in January. I'll provide my review in 3 categories: 1) Food 2) Ambiance 3) Service Food: the food was very good and consistent throughout our visits. You have the option of a la carte or buffet style for your meals - we opted for buffet. You'll find all of the essentials and then some for each meal. I appreciate the way they separated Jain food from all others as it made it easier for the customers to select their items. Additionally the desert table and salad/fruit tables are both separate which were visually appealing as well. The food is delicious and I give them 8/10 for food. Ambiance: the ambiance of the restaurant was really lovely. They have a live singer who's very good and a calm, dimly lit, atmosphere which made it easy to talk with your family and friends at the table. The ambiance gets a 9/10. Service: I really feel that this is where the restaurant shines the most. The service is excellent. Ajay and Bhaskar were the absolute best, for every single meal. They really closely tended to me and my family, offering different roti regularly, and even went as far as making plates for us at times. We saw them for breakfast and dinner and they ensured that our chai was always full. They are genuinely sweet, thoughtful, and one of a kind people who always served my family with a smile. Based on Ajay and Bhaskar's service alone, I give the service of this restaurant a 12/10. Absolutely outstanding!
