I had a very disappointing experience at Jagdish World Cuisine Restaurant. The hospitality from the staff was extremely poor and far below what anyone would expect from a restaurant located inside a major railway station. From the moment I approached the counter, the staff behaved very rudely and seemed completely uninterested in serving customers. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, their tone and attitude were disrespectful and unprofessional. When I tried to ask basic questions about the menu, the responses were blunt and dismissive, making the entire experience very uncomfortable. Good hospitality is the most basic expectation in the food service industry, but unfortunately this place completely failed in that aspect. Staff members need proper training on how to interact with customers politely and respectfully. A restaurant, especially in a busy transit location like Ekta Nagar Railway Station, should maintain a standard of service because many travelers rely on these outlets. Overall, the rude behavior and lack of hospitality made this one of the worst service experiences I have had. I strongly hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their staff behavior and customer service standards. Visited on 14 March 2025 at 5 pm ordered premium thali, good soft hot steaming chapati , vegetables quantity sufficient for one adult, daal tasty but quantity insufficient and jeera rice looked yummy but little care to b taken to cook them fully . I found rice half cooked there

Food quality may be good, I don't know but attitude of staff working in 1st floor of restaurant is very bad. I am a senior citizen and visited to restaurant alongwith my spouse today at 8 Pm. We had got insulted by the staff working there. we were sitting on the table for dinner but we have forced to leave the table and to register for dinner and wait for our number while there was no such notice posted outside or inside the restaurant. Ultimately we had left the restaurant without taking food. There was no other restaurant or hotel nearby said location .
