This used to be one of my favorite restaurants in the city! Came back after 8 months and the service has become despicable, the quality of food has changed, their sizzlers were a favorite and now idk what it was. The service HAS TO BE OVERHAULED, outright poor- having ordered starters, mains and dessert in one go ( since their wait time is forever), we specifically said we'd like the starters first and then the main and then dessert only to wait for an hour or so and when we called on someone to check all the fourses were served together. .which was absurd. The food was a hit and a miss in some places but the service is beyond appalling, very few order takers and not even sure if they have enough man power back in the kitchen since everything takes forever once you order for it. The management really needs to work on upgrading the service and having enough manning. Lastly the day we came the ac was not working and it was beyond discomforting. Really hope they work on the service bit coz the food that they dished out in the past was absolutely lip smacking! Service: Dine in Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Our visit to Zam Zam Restaurant was unfortunately a departure from the positive experiences we've had at their Palayam outlet. We opted for the alfaham shawarma and parotta, but the food quality didn't match up to the deliciousness we've come to associate with Zam Zam. The taste was notably different, and it didn't meet our expectations. The service was another aspect that left us dissatisfied. Waiting nearly half an hour for our order was quite frustrating. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was marred by heavy noise, making it difficult to enjoy our meal or have a conversation comfortably. This, combined with the less-than-prompt service, significantly impacted the overall dining experience. As a frequent visitor to the Palayam outlet, this visit to another location was disappointing. I hope the management addresses these concerns promptly, as I believe in the potential of Zam Zam to provide both tasty food and a pleasant dining environment.
