Report incorrect information
The customers coming to this restaurant with expectation of some food available in this restaurant. But when they get in, they don't get what they came for and they are forced to have something what the restaurant gives. Better not to present the Menu to the customers. Just display a black board out at the door step what they have for each day like Today' Menu.
Once the order is taken for Soup/Starter/Main Dish, then wait for all to get ready. They Serve it on table all together. Not as per normal procedures of restaurant, drink first, followed by soup/salad/starters/main course and at the end sweets or fruits. We had a very bad experience of receiving all at the table together. When the customer is having the soup or starters then the main course will be there in the table and getting cold due to the Aircondition. Once the customer finished with soup/salad/starter the whole main course will be cold and we dont get the taste as it should be.
Note for the Management :The Restaurant location and ambience is okay . But the food and service is too bad and not worth for the money we pay. If the management takes it as positive pls remove the staff and engage with someone from the hospitality field. There are many available in the local area, If you are looking for cheaper guys as you employed now, you will lose the business and soon it will be shut down.
