When we visited Zam Zam hotel in mysore. We was waiting 35 minutes but still no seat are available. Still we was waiting then anther family came they told to seat them and when we ask to staff they started to argument with us. And staff told us stand infront of anther table already one family was setting there was only ladies were setting. After 5 minutes staff told to stand infront of anther table and there was one family and I told my children are hangry. And I told I want to seat in this table. And the staff told if you to seat on this table one hour also I will not give service for you and his behaviour was so much worst Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior I experienced at Zamzam Hotel mysore.A hotel staff member (referred to as the "hotel man") refused to sit at the family table when expected to, which came across as disrespectful and dismissive. This behavior was not in line with the hospitality we expected, especially in a setting that should prioritize respect and inclusivity for family members, We felt unwelcome and disrespected. No guest should be made to feel this way, especially over a simple request for appropriate seating. I hope the management looks into this matter seriously and ensures better staff training in hospitality and customer service. All guests, regardless of their family structure or background, deserve equal respect and consideration. Thank you. Service: 1
