Very disappointing experience at KFC Nexus Mall. I ordered a Zinger meal which took around 30 minutes to prepare. Even after waiting, only half of the order was ready, and the remaining items were delayed further. Because of this poor service, we missed our movie show, even though we had tickets booked in advance. The staff was unprofessional, unable to handle the situation properly or resolve customer concerns. Overall, extremely bad service and lack of basic customer management. Would not recommend this outlet. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200
