I had a very disappointing experience while ordering at KFC. Before even informing us of the total amount or preparing the bill, the staff opened a QR code and asked us to make the payment immediately. There was no clear communication about the charges, and it felt rushed and unprofessional. When we requested to cancel the payment due to this confusion, we were told that it couldn’t be done. This was extremely frustrating and left us feeling helpless as customers. It’s basic courtesy and protocol to explain the bill before asking for payment, and the refusal to cancel it added to the poor experience. This kind of service is not expected from a well-known brand like KFC. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other
