We found a hair in our mutton...we showed it to our waiter Sailesh... They didn't even have the courtesy to apologise... He rudely offered us gulab jamun on the house which we refused given the way we were treated.... Don't be fooled by the ambience, service isn't even decent. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I have been a regular visitor to Zaffrann for the past 10 + years. It has never disappointed. But my last visit left me with a deep sense of displeasement. The service of the staff somehow has become very bad. The waiters are courteous but their ability to maintain professionalism was completely absent. I ordered chicken soup. The waiter divided the soup into 2 by mistake and on my correcting that i had ordered the entire soup, the waiter mixed them on the table itself. The quality of Bhuna murg was also very bad. The cooking was fine but the quality of meat wasn’t up to the mark. I knew it was cheap chicken quality. I did not confront the manager because i have had an emotional connect with the restaurant, but yesterday was my last visit. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
