Tried the iconic Nand Di Hatti for chole bhature and it totally lived up to the hype! Even in the Delhi heat, I couldn’t stop at one plate. No seating, but the sweetest server made sure I had shade, brought water to wash hands, and even got me lassi from a nearby shop. I wish I had asked for his name—such a gem of a person. I tried to leave him a tip, and he politely returned it with a smile. Easily in my top 5 chole bhature spots in Delhi NCR.
