I arrived at this hotel and had dinner. I had made the booking through EazyDiner, where the restaurant was listed as Zenzi. However, when it was time to pay the bill and claim my discount, I informed the waiter. To my surprise, he told me that this was not Zenzi and that the restaurant's actual name was Inquality. This felt like a fraud because the restaurant was advertised under a different name on EazyDiner. Another issue was the price of the Coke I ordered. A Coke that normally costs around ₹40–₹50 was charged at ₹150. This is an unreasonably high price and feels like customers are being overcharged.
