I regret to say that my recent visit to Tim Luck Luck was extremely disappointing. The behavior of the staff was shockingly unprofessional and disrespectful. Throughout our meal, several staff members were hovering around our table and staring at my daughter, which made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe.Such behavior is completely inappropriate in any hospitality setting. While the food was average, the lack of basic courtesy and professionalism overshadowed everything else.I would not recommend Tim Luck Luck, especially for families. There are many other restaurants in Pune that offer far better service.

The food at Tim Luck Luck, Pune might be decent, but the overall experience was absolutely trash.I had barely settled in when I noticed a waiter constantly walking past my table, staring at me in a way that was downright uncomfortable and invasive. Despite not calling for any service, he kept hovering around, making it impossible to enjoy the meal or even relax. As if that wasn’t enough, he later brought along another waiter who behaved exactly the same way — standing nearby, staring, and making my discomfort worse with every passing minute.The behavior was not only unprofessional but deeply disturbing, raising serious safety concerns. What was supposed to be a casual dining experience quickly turned into an anxious, unpleasant ordeal. It got so bad that I had no choice but to leave midway through my visit.No amount of good food can make up for an environment where you don't feel safe or respected. I would not recommend visiting this place, especially if you value your personal comfort and security.Tim Luck Luck seriously needs to re-evaluate their staff, train them in basic etiquette, and ensure that guests are treated with the dignity they deserve. Until then, it’s a big no from me.
