non supportive staff. I ordered two cakes of one pound, but the Yummy cake people sent me one cake of two pounds. I even sent instructions to pack both cakes in different boxes. Even when I called they showed themselves helpless. Even though I requested to send the difference amount in my zomato account, they denied and were not supportive. very poor service.
