Try good fried chicken, pizza Margherita and white sauce pasta. It's nice to order delicious margaritas. This restaurant offers food delivery for the convenience of its customers. The knowledgeable staff demonstrates a high level of hospitality at Grill Inn. Professional service is something clients appreciate here. There is nice atmosphere at this place. But guests rate this spot below average on Google.

Opinion: if I had read the reviews prior to visiting the place, I would not have ordered. However below is my experience. Visited grill inn located in grand Venice Mall. I ordered a couple of items and was surprised to know the item listed as footlong is not a footlong, Its half shaved 6" loaf. I was curious and wanted to complain about it. As a customer i was cheated by thinking it to be a footlong which definitely was not. Spoke to a manager Rahul who explain that I should not compare footlong with subway, ironically and to my dissatisfaction, I kept repeating footlong, by defination is a foot long loaf, why would I think it would be half of what it means. The guy did not budge, as how people tend to treat you around, I might be a customer but that is no one's concern, once money charged is when a customer is gone for a toss. Since there was no logical justification provided, I was promised that he would call back, ages now, no response. By the way, they have mentioned the menu with the tiniest posible don't size, which is misleading as well. Feeling cheated. Taste - below average. Quantity - low. Quality - cheesy and greasy. Value for money- not worth it. Lesson: avoid trying something new, especially where the menu would mislead you. I am for sure not a customer today, rest is your choice. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Pathetic services.i went there on 16th June evening .Guy at front desk was not at all bother to take order He was busy with his own stuff. When i finally asked him for order, he told me for waiting time of 20min.Such a poor service is unacceptable atleast when a giant competitor like burger King is just a arm away ¦ Service: 1

the food was cold ( even in this weather) , the garlic bread taste like it was spoiled but the pizza was good but size was too small.
