We had reserved the seats through swiggy. There was nothing mentioned about entry charges in the site. When we reached they asked for entry charges and said that swiggy booking is not considered and when we asked for reason they couldn't answer it properly. Apart from that when we paid the charges and went inside the club to enjoy the staff was like all the seats are reserved, so they can give the seats for some time but when the guests will come we have to move. We literally were disappointed with the service. If the seats were reserved and full, they could have informed at the reception itself. We had to waste our money and had to complete our food in 30minutes. We literally hopped to another pub. Service: 1
