As a self-proclaimed veteran Vada Pav eater, I can say this Vada Pav is the authentic Kolhapuri Vada pav. It is a bit spicy as compared to other Kolhapuri Vada. It is served with bread, not with Pav, as all Kolhapuri Vada pavs should be. Hygiene can be maintained, specifically the way the guy handles Vada pav at the time of serving. Kolhapur Is famous Vadapav and there r few places where u get a real taste of kolhapur.YASH VADA CENTER at khasbag is one of them. Amazing taste , crunchy and yummy taste ..Grt fun to eat it right from pan to plate. A must try once
