I visited this place with some colleagues for their Buffet lunch. Firstly, they have lots of dishes - they will appeal very well to group lunches and special occasions. The venue itself inside Radisson is well presented and great ambience. You basically get a number of starters (veg or non veg kebabs), then you quite a few mains and finally ~5 desserts. No place can cook all dishes perfectly. Some kebabs are really good while some are average. I also tried their Biryani but I have had better in Australia - I am sure there will be many good biryanis in India. Desserts were also plenty but a hit and miss. Overall, it’s a nice place for a smorgasbord style lunch but is not going to win any hats Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
I had a wonderful dining experience at The Great Kebab Factory, Radisson Blu. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the food was simply outstanding – every dish was flavorful and perfectly prepared. A special mention to Rinsa, who made our visit truly memorable. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality stood out. He anticipated our needs without being intrusive and ensured everything was perfect throughout the evening. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated to making guests feel valued and comfortable. Overall: Highly recommended, especially for groups. Come for the starters, stay for the desserts, and enjoy impeccable service. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
From an experience standpoint, The Great Kabab Factory is one of its kind. A buffet that’s completely served at the table. We visited this for Dinner and for the record a Vegetarian Buffet Costs Rs1650 , while the Non Veg Buffet will empty Rs1850 from your pocket. The Dinner is a 3 Course Affair, starting with the starters, we started with some salads, followed by a saffron flavoured Aloo Paratha wrapping a mashed Dal kabab, followed by Paneer, Pineapple and a couple more varieties of Kebabs. They provided an Appetiser ice in a miniature hawkins rice cooker which was eye catching as well pleasant in flavour, there was an Almond milk drink which was pleasant yet striking in your mouth, followed by diluted dahi in no particular order, then there was Roti, Butter Naan with 2 varieties of Dal, Paneer Subji and Vegetable Kurma followed by Veg Briyani. The dessert had Kulfi, Mango Rabdi, Chocolate Brownie, Carrot Halwa and some kheer. The most enjoyable of the lot was the Paneer Kebab, Flavour ful, soft and yummy followed by the Saffron flavoured Aloo Paratha roll that we made out. The only sour point was the relatively slow and annoying service, at times not asking for the guest preference on breads
