It's a cloud kitchen ,so ambience does not matter. They are very well behaved, we used to stay in the same building on top floor whereas this restaurant was in the ground floor, they are Very hardworking and very good behaviour.They used to give us cakes during occasion. Now coming to food, their food was awesome and super tasty. We have ordered multiple times directly by calling them, and their service was great. Me and my sister miss eating at Ya Burger. I was pretty astounded to receive a very lackadaisical approach towards packaging this time. Both the white box and the brown packet did not have the Ya Burger label on it. Plus, the box wasn't even sealed with a cello tape. Above all, what was totally infuriating was the fact that despite mentioning to keep the Aloo tikki less spicy, there was no proper tikki inside the bun and only mashed potato mixed with loads of chillies stuffed inside the bun. I had to do away with the potatoes because they were totally inedible, and though I had to pay for the entire food item, I ended up having only the buns and nothing else. Extremely disappointed this time.
