Bad vibe cuz of the staff and immature customer handling. Went in on 16th July. They refused to give multiple waffles(as mentioned on their Instagram page). Their Nutella Waffle (I have eaten it multiple times) had no crisp on top. Ànd there was less Nutella and more of chocolate syrup (it's supposed to be covered with Nutella and not the syrup). Left a really bad impression on someone who has been a fan of Xero degrees since a while. The staff was indifferent to the concern raised. Bad vibe!
