xero degrees is a place which is not at all customer centric. There are many scams done by xero degrees to scam customers and make their own profit.1) if there is a off going on zomato they will never let you pay through it and say that our bank ac is not linked and all those things. so basically you go there after seeing discount on zomato and then after having your food they’ll deny it. Happened with me at xero degrees lajpat nagar.2) they will never ever have a normal pizza base (round one) and will tell you to have heart shape instead since its more pricey and has lesser quantity.Go to any outlet and ask them for round pizza they will say that base is not available ( how is that even possible when you make your base inhouse?? you can make heart but not round shape?? Wow )yesterday at xero degree karol bagh we ordered large pizza and it was not even enough for just 4 people and cost was more than rs400. whats the point of ordering large size when it will not be enough for 4 people? the pizza was in heart shape so quantity was reduced; even after charging they don’t provide good quantity!! Any place you go a large pizza is enough for 4 people but not at XERO DEGREE!3) there is a offer of 2 coolers in their menu where if you buy two coolers together ut cost you 300 and if you buy 1 it is for 200so i asked the waiter to get 2 coolers together he said that offer is not available however if i’ll buy two coolers separately then they’ll give those!! wow!! whats the point of adding offer in Menu then??? if you don’t have those glasses which are sticked together then send two separate glasses and give the offer!! So many scams are done by these smart guyss.!will never ever go xero degrees again and not at all recommend anyone alse!
