I had the worst experience with their spaghetti pasta, they do not know the difference between penne and spaghetti and the sauce literally made me puke.

I was really disappointed this time as the food(spaghetti) was wrapped in foil paper and then put in a box and usually xero degrees provides food in a good packaging. The pasta is normally given in a big cardboard bowl which is easy to have food in and doesn't create much chaos but this time it was just wrapped in foil paper and was leaking from everywhere.
