The service here was absolutely terrible. The front desk lady was incredibly rude and visibly frustrated with us from the start. She had no clue about the menu and was scrambling to figure things out, making the entire experience feel chaotic. Choosing this place was hands down the worst decision. Avoid at all costs! This place is okay for food and service .. order takes a decade to be made and I was tired waiting for my food . Don’t use kfc app and don’t trust their staffs. The order is not delivering and from kfc app you CAN NOT CANCEL order yourself!!!!!! When I called them, they are making lie and tell me that my address is incorrect so rider refused to deliver. SO HOW YOU PEOPLE DELIVERED MY ORDER BEFORE?????? And my place is only 15 minutes away!!!! And after I waited more than 2.5 hours they told me rider is not delivering!!!!! Cancel my order and give my money back!!!!!! Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
