A few days ago we visited the Wow! Momo new market branch, and our experience was horrible. There was a dead fly on our Chicken Tandoori, which was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. Their refund policy was disappointing — we were told that refunds are not allowed, only exchanges are possible, and that too only within the chicken menu. We weren’t allowed to exchange it for momos or any other item. We could barely eat after witnessing that, and to make matters worse, the food we received in exchange was also not properly cooked. The meat was pink and undercooked, which is a serious food safety concern. It was a total waste of money. After this experience, we will never visit Wow! Momo again as we cannot afford this type of experience after spending this much of the amount. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Everything was perfect like where the outlet was located and the atmosphere and food quality were also good but the problem was how they called out the name to collect the food, it's a little bit awkward. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
