There are more than required staffs, but most of them prefer standing in front of the bar. All the staffs roam around pointlessly talking to one another. Call them for anything is a task, you'll have to call them atleast 3/4 times (and most of them won't respond coz they were busy talking to each other). Have never seen such 'vela' and 'untrained' staff anywhere in Kolkata in recent times!

Very Slow Service...Food quality we can say is worst in taste...They are charging Rs 41 for a half litre water bottle which Mrp is Rs 10 only ....They are overcharging more than mrp and when we ask no response from thier side......As per govt rules no one can charge more than Mrp.....
