Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this Wow! Momo outlet. While trying to place our order, the *manager himself*, who was also at the cashier counter, behaved incredibly rudely. We were simply taking a little time to understand the menu and combo options, but instead of being helpful, he started making sarcastic comments and taunting his staff — *right in front of us.* Not only was it uncomfortable, it felt like we were being mocked just for trying to understand what we’re paying for. This is not how paying customers should be treated. Being a manager, professionalism and patience should come naturally, especially in the service industry. Really hope Wow! Momo looks into how their staff — especially those in leadership — are treating guests. We love the food, but after this experience, it's hard to come back without hesitation.
